Amalga

Amalga is a town in Cache County, Utah. In 2010, the population was listed at almost 500. A large portion of the town is dairy farmers, with many families owning their own herds. The town was named Amalga after the sugar company that built a factor to process sugar beets in 1916 settled in the area.
