Mendon is a beautiful little town along the foothills of the Wellsville Mountains on the West side of Cache Valley. This city is easily divided into two sections. The North side consists primarily of older homes, while the south part, has mostly newer homes located in the Pheasant Hollow subdivision.
Mendon does not have a public sewer system, but now physical city offices. Residents of Mendon must make the 10-15 minute drive to Logan for their shipping needs. Listed below, are all the actively listed MLS properties:
